About the Studio

Welcome!

I’m Serena, one of the most highly sought-after professional opera singers and voice teachers in the Pacific Northwest, offering elite, conservatory-level voice training and beginner to intermediate piano lessons for dedicated musicians with over 20 years of performing and teaching experience. My professional work includes roles with Seattle Opera, Seattle Symphony, Tacoma Opera, Pacific Northwest Opera, Harmonia Seattle, Vashon Opera and so much more - as well as national reconition in several vocal competitions. I am a proud Indiana University Jacobs School of Music Alumna.

I work with singers of all levels and experience, from beginners building a strong foundation to advanced vocalists preparing for auditions, competitions, and professional careers. While my studio welcomes all passionate singers, it is best suited for dedicated students who are serious about their growth and committed to refining their craft.

My teaching blends technical mastery, vocal health, and artistic expression, ensuring students develop confidence, stamina, and authentic artistry. With a deep understanding of vocal technique, voice anatomy, stage presence, and character interpretation, I take a holistic approach to training combining artistry, technical precision, and expressive storytelling.
