Policies
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking through Acuity Scheduling.
Lessons are confirmed only once payment is completed.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Each lesson includes one reschedule, as long as it is requested 48+ hours in advance.
The rescheduled lesson must be used within 14 days of the original lesson date.
If the rescheduled lesson is not attended within 14 days, or if the reschedule falls outside that window, the lesson is considered missed.
No refunds are offered for cancellations, no-shows, missed lessons, schedule conflicts, or any other reason.
Illness
Students may use their one reschedule (with 48+ hours notice) for illness.
Students may always switch to a Zoom lesson instead of attending in-studio if they are sick.
Please email the studio to notify us of the format change.
Illness reported with less than 48 hours notice will follow the standard cancellation policy.
We kindly ask that if you are in compromised health, you attend your lesson on Zoom to keep the studio healthy.
Other Policies
Upon enrollment, students receive a comprehensive Studio Policy Contract covering behavior expectations, repertoire, communication, holidays, safety, media permissions, and more.
All existing studio policies remain in effect, except where updated above.
